Here’s a little bit about me…
My career has been primarily with large corporations serving in a management capacity as a Methods Analyst, streamlining and discovering creative solutions for a variety of industries (finance, banking, travel, entertainment, healthcare, manufacturing, and real estate.)
This passion for exploring opportunities has also been a significant part of my personal life. During the past 20 years I have had the honor to serve on the Board of several non-profits and in roles of leadership and sponsorship in recovery programs. These rich and fulfilling experiences ultimately led me to my most rewarding career as a Certified Life Coach.
Like many of my clients, my life experience has included juggling career and family as a working wife, and mother, while navigating the challenges of obesity, divorce, past physical abuse, career change, ACA dynamics, family substance abuse and struggling to maintain relationships with loved ones with addiction. In my role as a coach I often relate to what clients are experiencing. Although I do not offer my experiences or outcome as examples, it does provide me with a window of understanding.
